Powerful energy. I liked the taste even more than N3, though both teas are excellent. A great choice for an energetic start to the day.
I like this tea; it's become a key part of my morning routine. Its refreshing taste wakes me up and gets me ready for the day. Drinking it boosts my energy levels, exactly what I need in the morning. It also subtly reduces my appetite, making it easier to follow my diet.
It is a very lovely hong cha, nothing extraordinary in taste, BUT it's extremely stimulating tea! Cha qi is strong, but not like hit in your face. I brewed this tea twice when we had hot weather here in Estonia, and no wonder I felt myself like an empty bag, I didn't want to do anything. But after every tea session, I felt myself concentrated and full of energy. So did my wife. Great tea! I'll take more.
I've been looking for a replacement for Dian Hong Gu Shu 2018. The current one is the closest.
A little finicky in brewing - gives a tartness. But the taste is worth it.
Honey-ish aftertaste. Taste good on its own and also together with milk.
