Quality Dian Hong, no bitterness even if over brewing time, honey, caramel tones in the flavor, long pleasant aftertaste, tea liked.

I've started with 90 seconds, 4 grams / 100 ml water. The first few infusions where delicate and aromatic: I got complex fruity notes (grapes, mango, melon, cherry) and some fleeting floral notes (maybe lilac).
After that, I pushed it to 100 degrees C, resulting a much richer, creamier brew, more tannins, more viscous, and flavor towards a fruit jam. Needs careful brewing, I didn't get it right the first time.

Very interesting taste of tea. With each sip, different notes are revealed - gentle, pleasant, not tart. Sometimes there was a spicy note.
